We will advise you as to availability of product and approximate ship dates. Your card will not be charged until your order is shipped. If some items ship and some are backordered, your card will be charged for the full amount, and the backordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available.

Fax Orders:

Orders may be faxed to 1-252-261-4082 ­ 24 hours a day. Please print out the order form at check out and include your credit card information and your daytime phone number. If a transmission problem occurs for some reason, please re-fax and mark second copy ­ ‘Do not duplicate’

Returns & Exchanges:

If you are not completely satisfied with any item, simply return the unused item in its original packaging for a prompt refund or exchange. If you have questions, feel free to call 1-800-253-FLAG. Custom items are not returnable.

Delivery:

We use UPS and Fedex.   Most stock items ship within 5-7 days from receipt of your order. Backordered items may take up to 3 weeks and Custom products typically take 4-6 weeks. Items ordered together are not always shipped together. Larger items such as flagpoles will be shipped via Freight Lines. Two Day and Next Day delivery are available and will incur additional charges. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and Overseas Shipments will ship via Best Way and will require additional charges. Please call 1-800-253-FLAG for additional shipping and handling charges.

Gift Certificates:

Looking for that special gift and can’t decide! Give an Islander Flags Gift Certificate available in $25 denominations plus $3.00 for postage. We will include a copy of our most current catalogs.

Sales Tax:
